Overview

Our client is looking for a dynamic and energetic team player with excellent communication skills to further our business forward with  our current and prospective client base. You will be working independently building key client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving sales growth. The successful candidate will have previous experience in sales.

The job is varied and will also involve some marketing and also managing the Pre Qualification questionnaires, plus some admin support.

Possibly some visits to sites (so a vehicle allowance is part of the package.)

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Directors directly
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plan
  • Build strong/positive client relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Work among different departments within the company
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs
  • Build and Maintain Sales Systems and Procedures
  • Take proactive initiatives to meet customer needs and market demands
  • Take Lead on building company’s marketing tools
  • Schedule and Maintain regular client visits
  • Manage all Pre-Qualifications Questionnaires
  • Gather and Provide continuous customer feedbacks
  • Spot business opportunities and follow up.
  • Support Admin team on ad-hoc basis

Desirable:

  • Driving License
  • Experience in Horticultural and Landscaping Industry
  • Experience with Dealing with B2B customers,
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Sharp Networking and Negotiation Skills
  • Good Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills

Wage: £28 – £30k
